掺镱双包层保偏光纤的研制

摘要 采用MCVD工艺结合溶液掺杂技术制备掺镱光纤预制棒,通过技术攻关研制出相匹配的应力预制棒,并通过打孔镶嵌工艺突破相关的关键工艺技术,成功制备出性能优良的熊猫型结构掺镱双包层保偏光纤。该光纤的规格有两种:纤芯直径分别为20μm和25μm,内包层直径均为400μm。经前期的测试,光纤指标满足使用要求。 By MCVD process with solute doping method for developing the Yb-doped perform, then fabricate the matching B-doped perform by tackling the key problems, make the breakthrough for relevant technology by punch inlaid method, successful making the excellent PANDA-type double cladding polarization maintaining optical fiber with Yb-doped in core. There are two type fibers, the core diameters include 20μm and 25μm, in-cladding diameters are both 400μm, after the previous test, the index of fiber satisfies the demand for using.
