后调水时代南水北调中线水源区水质生态安全保障对策研究

Study on the ecological safety guarantee strategies of water quality in the water sources area of the mid-line project of south-to-north water diversion after the times of water diversion

通过分析2004—2015年间丹江口水库水常规监测指标动态变化,旨在掌握中线水源区经济社会发展对水环境的影响和原因,并讨论了中线水源区水质安全保障方面存在的问题。根据水源区水环境质量现状和面临的挑战,从构建水环境安全预警体系、推动产业结构调整和开展水环境新领域的研究等方面提出了后调水时代中线工程水生态安全保障体系的建议.

This study analyzed the changes of the water quality of the mid-line project in recent years,and tried to find out the influencing factors on the water environment by social economic development. In addition,existing problems on the security aspects of water quality of Danjiangkou Reservior were discussed. Based on the quality situation and the challenges of water environment,some suggestions on constructing the water safety guarantee system is presented,i. e.,construction of safety pre-warning system of water environment,promoting task of upgrading industries and carrying out research based on new field of water environment and so on.
