摘要
韩国以1995年金泳三政府推行的"5.31教育改革"为契机,借助"学校类型多样化"和"教育课程多样化"两条路径来推进高中多样化办学政策;实施战略包括扩大学校的自主权,保障学生的选择权两方面。韩国高中多样化办学政策改革重点主要集中在如何推动普通高中教育课程多样化、特色化,推动教育课程已修形态弹性化,确立单位学校责任经营制,确保学生选拔标准的妥当性,引入强化高中和大学间的衔接方案。
With the reform and development of the high school diversification is be- coming generalization, it is not only involved with the impact the adjustment of teaching contents and direction in the elementary and middle school education and normalization for the criterion of the talents selected, but also it will change the pattern of the students" af- fairs management after the freshmen entering into the colleges. It offers the possibility for change the status of exam-oriented education and is helpful for enlarging the autonomous fight of college entrance recruitment, developing the students" potential and finding out the versatile talents. It focuses on how to promote the diversification and characterization of the curriculum and the flexibility of the courses taken model in the ordinary high schools, to es- tablish the management responsibility system of school unit and to ensure the appropriate- ness of the students' selection standard, and to enhance the connection scheme between high school and higher education institutions.
