摘要
专业化是教师发展者(FD)队伍建设的必由之路。有研究者通过学历专业化、学科专业化和研究方向专业化三个维度对32所美国研究型大学的385位教师发展者的专业化情况进行了统计分析,研究发现,美国研究型大学教师中心已经形成了规模稳定的教师发展者群体,该群体在学历、学科和研究内容三个方面的专业化程度达到较高水平,并且表现出明显的校本特征。此外,美国研究型大学教师发展者群体在学历结构上存在"六四定律",在学科结构上存在"二八定律",这对中国教师发展者专业化建设具有重要的参考意义。
Professionalization is necessary for the faculty development team construc- tion. This paper should be focused on that in education, disciplines and research orienta- tion. Within the analysis framework and after the collection and analysis of the data about the professionalization development in 32 American universities oriented in researches, the research group finds out that the faculty center of these universities has a stable scale of the faculty development team, who has obtained a relatively high level of the professionalization in education, disciplines and researches, and has obviously shown school-based character- istics. For the first time, the six four law of the academic structure and the two eight law of the discipline structure of the university faculty development team have been founded.
