摘要
介绍了抽水蓄能电站基建安全监控"五系统一中心"体系的建设背景、结构特点及主要功能,并结合该体系在洪屏抽水蓄能电站的建设情况和运行现状,分析了体系在建设过程中取得的创新经验、建议和运行管控实效。
The construction background, structure and basic functions of ＂Five System and a Center＂ for construction safety monitoring of pumped storage power station are briefly introduced. Combined with the construction and operation of system in Hongping Pumped-storage Power Station, the system construction innovation, suggestions and actual practice effect are also analyzed.
