摘要
洪屏抽水蓄能电站1号机组在启动调试初期出现了机组振动过大和轴承瓦温过高的现象,为此开展了轴瓦间隙调整和动平衡配重工作。在轴瓦间隙调整后,上、下导轴承瓦温得到改善;在动平衡配重后,机组振动与主轴摆度变得较小。
Excessive vibration and high bearing pad temperature of Unit 1 in Hongping Pumped-storage Power Station are appeared in the early commissioning stage. For solving above problems, the gaps between guide bearing pads are adjusted and the dynamic balance test are carried out. As a result, the temperature of upper and lower guide bearing pad is lowered, and the vibration of unit and the run out of main shaft become smaller.
