摘要
为了研究卵形体赣南脐橙自动定向问题,探讨卵形体赣南脐橙大小头自动定向中轴向运动和翻转运动规律以及最佳装置工作参数。测定了卵形体赣南脐橙基本特性参数,利用卵形体农产品大小头定向运动综合试验台对卵形体赣南脐橙定向运动进行了单因素试验并进行了试验分析,试验表明,卵形体赣南脐橙质心位置偏向小头端,果形为有大小头之分的椭球体。卵形体赣南脐橙定向运动中的轴向运动规律符合交错轴摩擦轮机构的传动原理,翻转运动规律符合凸轮机构的传动原理,建立了卵形体赣南脐橙轴向运动位移、水平偏转角、翻滚距离和导向杆作用距离的理论计算方法,确定最佳装置工作参数为尼龙辊、输送辊直径40mm、输送辊间距30 mm、输送辊转动线速度70 mm/s、导向杆弯曲角度30°。分列翻转式禽蛋大小头自动定向技术对卵形体赣南脐橙定向是可行的。为赣南脐橙定向装置的设计和果形分级加工包装提供理论依据。
In order to study the automatic directional problems of ovoid Gannan navel oranges, explored the rule of axial motion and turnover motion of size head automatic orientation of ovoid Gannan navel oranges and the optimum parameters of the device working. Parameters of the ovoid Gannan navel orange had been measured. The single factor experiment of ovoid gannan navel oranges had been carried with the ovoid agricultural products reducer directional movement comprehensive test-bed and analyzedthe tests. The experiment showed that centroid position of ovoid Gannan navel bias to small head, the shape was elliptical ball of a big head. The axial movement of directional movement rule was a transmission relationship of the crossed friction wheel drive was clarified. The turnover motion law conforms to the transmission principle of CAM mechanism. Theoretical calculation method of axial displacement, horizontal deflection angle, rolling distance and guide bar distance had been established. Determined the best device parameters for the nylon roller, conveyor roller diameter of 40 mm, conveyor roller spacing 30 mm, conveyor roller rotation speed 70 mm/s, guide bar bending angle of 30°. Respectively tilting egg size head automatic orientation technology to ovoid Gannan navel orange orientation was feasible. To provide the oretical basis for directional device's designing and shape classification processing packaging.
