摘要
合作学习是影响大学教育质量的关键因素,其在大学课堂具有普遍推广的价值。针对目前大学课堂合作学习评价缺乏理论依据,导致评价不系统、不深入的问题,提出以Borman和Motowidb的工作绩效理论为依据来建构大学课堂合作学习评价模型。所建构的模型分为正式评价模块和促进发展评价模块。正式评价模块主要针对实质性学习阶段的评价,可分为完成任务、促进小组以及调控团队心理和行为三个部分的评价。另外,对每一模块、阶段和部分的评价指标和评价主体分别进行了讨论。
The cooperative learning is a key factor affecting the quality of the university education, it is value popularizing in the university class. As the present way of the cooperative learning evaluation in the university class has no theoretical basis, it is not systematic and thorough. This paper tries to establish the model of the cooperative learning evaluation in the university class, based on the job performance theory of Borman and Motowidb. The established model is divided into the formal evaluation module and the promoting development evaluation module. The formal evaluation module focus on the substantive learning stage, and it includes three parts of evaluation, performing the duty, maintaining the group and moderating the group's mentality and behaviors. Additionally, this paper has discussed the evaluating criteria and the evaluating subjects for each module, stage and part in detail.
