膜性肾病合并烟曲霉感染一例
摘要
曲霉菌是环境中最常见的分离菌，但绝大多数免疫力正常人不会感染。然而，对于免疫缺陷的个体，可能导致严重的感染。膜性肾病（membranous glomerulonephritis,MN）是以免疫损伤为发病机制，应用激素可致患者免疫损伤。现对1例MN因长期应用激素治疗导致其血培养检出烟曲霉的病例报告如下。患者男性，49岁，2012年8月因反复咳嗽在医院就诊，CT检查发现“胸腺瘤”，行切除术。2014年1月病理科肾活检：肾小球无增生性和炎症渗出性病变，毛细血管上皮侧形成“钉突”，诊断为“膜性肾病”。
