摘要
文章介绍了中国台湾特殊教育鉴定工作的相关规定、特殊教育学生鉴定及就学辅导会的组织架构、心理评量制度、特殊教育学生鉴定程序等相关经验,得出五点中国台湾的经验:(1)特殊教育鉴定工作制度化;(2)以综合分析的形式进行多元评量;(3)重视特殊教育教师在鉴定过程中的作用;(4)以规范、常态的方式运行特殊教育学生转介制度;(5)使用各类标准化及非标准化评估工具。
The pial educa- tion needs in Taiwan, China, the organizationalresent study reviews regulations concerning the identification of students with spec structure of the Special Education Needs Students Diagnosis and Placement Counseling Committee (DPCC), the system of psychological assessment, and the procedures for the identification of students with special education needs in Taiwan, and gives implications as follows: legalizing the identification of students with special education needs, making multi-evaluation based on comprehensive analysis, attaching importance to the role of special education teachers, normalizing the referral system for students with special education needs, and adopting various types of standard or non-standard assessment tools.
