摘要
教育与文化之间具有天然的联系,二者之间相互影响和渗透,教育是继承、传播和发扬文化的载体和媒介,文化则对教育产生潜在的隐性影响。京津冀三地从区域文化的源头上来讲同属于燕赵文化区,共同具备燕赵文化的特质,但在漫长的历史演变和发展过程中又逐渐形成了明显的差异,这就为京津冀三地高等教育的协调发展提供了必要和可能。以京津冀文化同源性和差异性的分析为基础,结合三地高等教育发展现状,为京津冀高等教育协调发展提出相关建议。
There are inherent interrelations between education and culture.Education is the carrier of culture while culture has a potential impact on education.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei share Yan and Zhao cultures,with each owning distinctive features.This makes it possible for the integrated Beijing-TianjinHebei region to develop the higher education.This paper studies the coordinated development of higher education in the region on the basis of the cultural homology and diversity.
