呼吸科重症监护病房铜绿假单胞菌流行病学调查及耐药变迁

摘要 目的:研究铜绿假单胞菌在本院呼吸科重症监护病房的分布、耐药趋势、感染因素及防治措施。方法:分析近3年铜绿假单胞菌在呼吸科重症监护病房的分布,采用K-B法进行药敏试验,并与同期环境监测结果对比分析铜绿假单胞菌感染的感染因素。结果:铜绿假单胞菌所感染的老年呼吸道患者(≥60岁)三年中比例均超过了75%,多重耐药的铜绿假单胞菌比例不断上升,呼吸机型肺炎是呼吸科重症监护病房感染铜绿假单胞菌的主要因素之一。结论:铜绿假单胞菌近3年来是本院呼吸科重症监护病房主要感染菌,控制铜绿假单胞菌感染既要重视防治,减少其侵入的机会,做好院感控制工作,又要重视治疗,合理应用抗生素,降低铜绿假单胞菌感染的发生率和死亡率。 Objective: To study the distribution, drug resistance tendency, infection factors and control measures of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the department of respiration intensive care unit in our hospital.Method: Distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in department of respiration intensive care unit in the past three years were analyzed, the drug sensitivity test was carried out using K-B method, the infection factors of Pseudomonas aemginosa were compared with the same period of the envLronmental monitoring results.Result: Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in elderly patients ( 〉t 60 years ) with respiratory tracted for three years in the proportion of more than 75%, the proportion of multi drug resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa increased continuously, respiratory model pneumonia was one of the main factors of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in intensive care unit. Conclusion: The Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a major source of infection in respiratory intensive care unit in our hospital for recent 3 years, to control the Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, we must give importance to preventive measures to reducing the intrusion chance and it is also urgent to do a good job of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection control in hospital.On the other hand, we should pay attention to treatment with antibiotics reasonably, to reduce the mortality or incidence rate caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.
