“两癌”筛查中应用彩色多普勒高频超声检查在乳腺病变中的统计调查

Statistical Investigation on the Application of Color Doppler Ultrasonography for Breast Lesions in Two Cancers Screening

目的：探讨“两癌筛查”中应用彩色多普勒高频超声检查乳腺弥漫性病变患者的临床意义。方法：通过对2012年3月-2016年2月“两癌”筛查工作的整理,收集了超声发现的35~64岁836例女性乳腺弥漫性病变患者,对所有患者进行回顾性分析。结果：182例行手术或超声引导下穿刺活检,有45例确诊为乳腺癌,137例病理诊断为良性病变。超声检查结果显示恶性肿瘤血流信号检出率较高,而良性肿瘤的血流信号检出率较低。结论：彩色多普勒高频超声检查应重点观察血流信号,并结合临床,以达到早期诊断和治疗的目的。

Objective： To explore the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast diffuse lesions in two cancers screening.Method： From March 2012 to February 2016 two cancers screening work was finished, 35 to 64 years old 836 female patients with breast diffuse lesions were collected, all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Result： A total of 182 cases were given routine operation or ultrasound guided puncture biopsy, 45 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer, 137 cases were pathologic diagnosed benign. The ultrasound examination results showed that the detection rate of malignant tumor blood flow signal was high, the detection rate of blood flow signals in benign tumors was low.Conclusion： Color doppler ultrasound examination should focus on the observation of blood flow signals and combined with clinical, aim to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and treatment.
