摘要
目的:探讨健康教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并气胸患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2016年3月期间本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并气胸患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上结合健康教育,比较两组教育前后自我护理能力及健康行为评分。结果:与教育前相比,两组健康教育后自我护理能力及健康促进行为总分均有显著提高,两组教育前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);教育后,观察组自我护理能力技能、健康知识、健康责任、运动、压力应对等各项评分及总分均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可有效提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并气胸患者的自我护理能力及健康行为水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pneumothorax.Method: 84 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pneumothorax in our hospital were selected from June 2014 to March 2016, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care, observation group was given health education on the base of control group.Before and after education, the self nursing ability and health behavior score of two groups were compared.Result: Compared with before education, the self nursing ability and health promoting behavior total score of two groups after health education were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .After education, the scores of self nursing ability, health knowledge item, health responsibility, exercise, stress responseand total score in observed group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Health education can effectively improve the self-care ability and health behavior of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pneumothorax.
