摘要
中枢神经系统的结构和功能虽然极具独特性,但其细胞和组织的基本特性与其他部位也是大同小异的,比如说细胞间缝隙连接(gap junction intercellular,GJ),而作为一种通讯方式细胞间隙连接通讯(gap junction intercellular communication,GJIC)普遍存在于多细胞生物体内,该研究在中外已经成为了炙手可热的研究对象,指明了很多疾病可能的发病和治疗机制,尤其是在中枢神经系统疾病方面,本文针对GJIC在中枢神经系统相关疾病发病机制中所起的作用作简要综述。
