GJIC与中枢神经系统疾病的研究

摘要 中枢神经系统的结构和功能虽然极具独特性,但其细胞和组织的基本特性与其他部位也是大同小异的,比如说细胞间缝隙连接(gap junction intercellular,GJ),而作为一种通讯方式细胞间隙连接通讯(gap junction intercellular communication,GJIC)普遍存在于多细胞生物体内,该研究在中外已经成为了炙手可热的研究对象,指明了很多疾病可能的发病和治疗机制,尤其是在中枢神经系统疾病方面,本文针对GJIC在中枢神经系统相关疾病发病机制中所起的作用作简要综述。 The structure and function of the central nervous system is very unique, but the basic characteristics of the cells and tissues, and other parts are similar, such as gap junctions ( gap junction, intercellular, GJ ), and as a means of communication communication ( gap cell gap junction junction intercellular communication, GJIC ) are widespread in the muhicellular in vivo, research in this area has become a hot research object in China, points out the pathogenesis and treatment of many diseases possible, especially in the central nervous system diseases, according to the GJIC in the pathogenesis of central nervous system in the role of a brief summary.
