摘要
目的探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)病理分期的相关性。方法收集本院经临床及病理学、影像学检查确诊的86例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者进行研究,应用化学发光免疫法检测其血清中CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1浓度,并分析其与术后病理分期之间的相关性。结果血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CYSRA21-1水平均随NSCLC患者病理T、N分期的递增而逐渐增高,且各分期结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而NSE水平仅在T1至T3期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在病理N分期中比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。经分析,NSCLC病理T、N分期与CEA、CYSRA21-1水平呈正相关(r=0.56,0.71,P<0.05)。结论对NSCLC患者术前血清CEA、CYSRA21-1水平检测有助于判断患者病理分期,具有较高的临床应用和广泛推广价值。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum level of tumor antigen(CEA),neuron specific CYFRA21-1(NSE), and the pathological stage of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods 86 patients with NSCLC were studied by clinical, pathological and imaging examination. The serum levels of NSE, CYFRA21-1 and CEA were detected by chemiluminescence irnmunoassay, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results serum tumor markers CEA,CYSRA21-1 levels were increased gradually with the increase of NSCLC in patients with T and N,and the difference was statistically significant(P-0.05). And the level of NSE was significantly different between T1 and T3(P%0. 05), and the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). By analysis, NSCLC, N,T and CEA were positively correlated with the level of and CYSRA21-1(r=0. 56,0. 71 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion the preoperative serum CEA and CYSRA21-1 levels in patients with NSCLC can be used to determine the pathological staging, which has a high clinical application and wide spread value
