HIF-1α在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中的表达及其与BUC生长转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测BUC中HIF-1α的表达,了解及分析其与BUC患者临床病理特征和淋巴转移之间的相关性。结果 HIF-1α在90例BUC患者中的阳性表达率为75.6%(68/90),在30例膀胱正常组织细胞中的阳性表达率为6.7%(2/30),两组相比较,表达差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。其在不同病理分级和临床分期,以及淋巴结转移中的差异表达也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α蛋白在BUC患者中的异常高表达与癌细胞生长转移密切相关,提示该蛋白可作为判断BUC细胞生物学行为及预后的重要分子标志物,对指导术后的随访治疗也具有一定的临床参考价值。 Objective To observe the expression of Hypoxia inducible factor -1α(HIF-1α) in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC) and the relationship between it with the metastasis of BUC. Methods Expression of HIF-la was detected by S-P immu- nohistochemistry in BUC, to find the relationship of HIF-1α With the clinical pathological characteristics and lymph node metastasis of BUC patients. Results The positive expression rate of HIF-1α was 75.6% in 90 cases with BUC (68/90), the positive expression rate in 30 cases of normal bladder tissue cells is 6.7% (2/30), compare the two groups, there was a significant difference between their' s expression (P〈0. 01). In different pathological grading and clinical staging, and also in lymph node metastasis ,it's expressive discrepancy was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The HIF-1 a protein of BUC patients with abnormal high expression is closely related to the cancer growth, suggesting that the protein can be used as an important molecular biological behavior and prognosis judgement of BUC cell markers, also has some clinical reference value in the treatment of postoperative follow-up guidance.
