摘要肺动脉高压（PAH）不仅是一个独立的疾病,而且作为右心衰竭的最主要原因,其病因复杂,诊断流程十分繁琐,如何能做到疾病的早期诊断和对患者进行个体化的预后判断和治疗,是目前国际上研究的热点。右心导管检查是诊断PAH的金标准,但作为有创检查限制了其临床应用。
