慢性胃液吸入对大鼠移植肺损伤及机制的研究
摘要
肺移植是治疗终末期肺病的最有效手段。但肺移植术后1、3、5年生存率分别为72%、56%及43%,落后于其它实体器官移植成活率。食管胃返流疾病（Gastroesophageal Diseas,GERD）是影响肺移植术后生存率的一个因素。研究表明,移植肺与胃液的接触与间质性肺炎、慢性支气管炎及哮喘等呼吸道疾病有关。
