摘要
在新一轮对外开放道路上,中国一直努力探索提高经济增长、促进经济合作新的创新模式;"一带一路"正是中国在复杂世界格局下,倡导合作共赢、实现和平崛起的宏伟战略。自由贸易区、自由贸易园区与"一带一路"国家战略存在着紧密的逻辑内洽关系。自由贸易区是"一带一路"国家战略的外部依托平台;自由贸易园区是"一带一路"国家战略的内在落实基点。自由贸易区与自由贸易园区构成"一带一路"国家战略落地的国内国外两个战略支撑;强化三者之间的良性互动,将为中国新一轮对外开放提供有力支撑。
Along with the new round of opening up, China has been exploring the new innovative mode of improving the economic growth and promoting the economic cooperation. And the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative is a great strategy for China to advocate win-win cooperation and realize peaceful rise in the complex world pattern. A tight relationship of logical harmony exists among Free Trade Area, Free Trade Zone and the ＂Belt and Road＂ national strategy. Free Trade Area is an external platform that the ＂the Belt and Road＂ national strategy depends on while Free Trade Zone is an internal base on which this strategy can be implemented. They two constitute two strategic supports home and abroad for the strategy to put into effect. Enhancing the positive interaction among each other will provide strong support for China＇ s new round of opening up to the outside world.
