金双歧和益生菌酸奶对危重患者脂代谢影响的研究 被引量:1

The effect of Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets and probiotic yogurt on lipid metabolism in critical patients

摘要 目的:探讨添加益生菌制剂(金双歧)与添加益生菌酸奶对危重患者血脂水平的影响,及二者对患者血脂水平的交互作用。方法60例危重症患者按照随机数字表法分为A组(对照组)、B组(金双歧组)、C组(益生菌酸奶组)和D组(联合治疗组)各15例。以三酰甘油( TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C比值为检测指标,分析14 d后各组间的血脂水平是否存在差异,并采用析因设计研究两因素间的交互作用。结果治疗第14天,四组患者的TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);析因设计显示金双歧对TG和HDL-C值有主效应(P<0.05),益生菌酸奶对TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C值有主效应(P<0.05);金双歧和益生菌酸奶对TG水平存在交互作用(F=4.64,P<0.05)。结论金双歧和益生菌酸奶可以改善危重症患者的脂代谢紊乱,为后期采取饮食调节患者的血脂水平提供理论依据,有利于患者的恢复和预后。 Objective To explore the effect of Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets(Jin Shuangqi)and probiotic yoghurt supplementation on lipid profile in critically ill patients, as well as to study interaction effects of Jin Shuangqi and probiotic yoghurt existing or not. Methods Sixty critically ill patients were randomly divided into four groups:A, control group(n=15);B, Jin Shuangqi group(n=15);C, probiotic yoghurt group(n=15);D, combination group(n=15). Triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)as well as total cholesterol levels:HDL-C ratio and LDL-C:HDL-C ratio were adopted as the observation indexes on day 14, to conduct a two-factor(Jin Shuangqi, probiotic yoghurt)2 × 2 factorial design. Results On day 14, the levels of TG, LDL-C and HDL-C as well as TC/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C were statistically different in the four groups(P〈0.05). Factorial design showed the levels of TG and HDL-C were significant different(P〈0.05)according to Jin Shuangqi adding or not;the levels of TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and total cholesterol levels: HDL-C ratio, LDL-C: HDL-C ratio, were significantly different(P〈0.05)according to probiotic yoghurt adding or not. Jin Shuangqi and probiotic yoghurt work interactively for TG (F=4.64, P〈0.05). Conclusion Jin Shuangqi and probiotic yoghurt could improve the blood lipid level of critically ill patients, which is beneficial to the recovery and prognosis.
