摘要
随着智能电能表的大规模应用,针对低压用户电能表数量庞大、运行信息采集间隔时间长等现状和电能表状态评估的需要,该文提出了一种融合安全域的电能表状态评估新方法。基于对影响电能表计量准确性和状态的常见因素的分析,在虚拟负荷网络下设计了基于状态评估的安全域新模型和评估指标体系,分析得到影响电能表计量可靠性的关键因素并给出电能表的评估状态。该方法提高了电能表状态评估的准确性,根据该结果可以指导电能表的现场检验及轮换周期的动态调整。
With the large-scale application of smart meter,for the needs of electric energy meter state evaluation and present situation of the large number of low-voltage electric energy meter and long time interval for the operational information collection,this paper present a method of electric energy meter state evaluation fused security region.Though analyzing the common factors that affect power metering accuracy and status,designed of the security domain model and evaluation system based on the state assessment algorithm in the virtual load network,got the key factors affecting the reliability of energy metering,and given the state evaluation,improve the accuracy of state evaluation,according to the result can dynamically guidance of the site inspection and adjust the cycle of rotation of the meter.
