摘要 大蒜是我国传统中药,含硫有机化合物是大蒜的主要活性成分。胱硫醚γ裂解酶/硫化氢(CSE/H2S)体系失调与心脑血管发病机制密切相关。大蒜含硫化合物作为外源性H_2S供体或参与内源性H_2S生成进而影响CSE/H_2S体系而发挥心血管效应。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对大蒜含硫化合物心血管效应及其与CSE/H_2S体系的关系进行综述,为大蒜含硫化合物开发为具备心血管效应的H_2S供体药物提供一定的参考。 Garlic is a traditional Chinese medicine,and garlic sulfur compounds are the main active ingredients of the garlic. The disorder of CSE/H_2 S system is closely associated with cardiovascular pathogenesis. Acting as the donor of exogenous H_2 S generation or participating in generation of endogenous H_2 S, garlic sulfur compounds have their cardiovascular effect. In this study,we reviewed the cardiovascular effect of garlic sulfur compounds and explored the relationship of garlic sulfur compounds with CSE/H_2 S system through consulting domestic and foreign references,with aim to provide a reference for the development of garlic sulfur compounds as hydrogen sulfide donor drugs.
