摘要
以过硫酸钾为引发剂、双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa),将其与硝酸银络合制备了聚丙烯酸钠络合银。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和X射线衍射仪对PAANa及其络合物的结构进行了表征,证明了配位键的生成并研究了PAANa及其络合物的吸水性能。结果表明:络合物中形成了配位键;PAANa及其络合物均具有较好的吸水性能,但随着络合物中银含量的增加,络合物的吸水倍率、吸水速率、加压保水率明显下降。
Sodium polyacrylate(PAANa) is synthesized via aqueous solution technique with potassium persulphate as the initiator and bisacrylamide as the crosslinker. Then PAANa is used with silver nitrate to prepare sodium polyacrylate silver complex. PAANa and its complex are characterized by infrared Fourier transform spectrometer, thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. The test results confirm the existence of coordinate bond. The absorbing performance of PAANa and its complex are observed in detail. The results show that coordinate bonds ars formed in complex;both PAANa and its complex have outstanding swelling ratio, however, the swelling ratio, swelling velocity and retention ratio under pressure of the complex decrease with the growing of silver content.
