摘要
以乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为基体树脂,粉煤灰(FA)为复配阻燃剂,通过添加协效阻燃剂红磷(RP)制得EVA/FA/RP复合材料。采用极限氧指数(LOI)测试、锥形量热仪测试、烟密度测试等研究了复合材料燃烧性能和生烟性能,并探讨了其阻燃及抑烟机理。结果表明:w(EVA)为50%,w(FA)为47%,w(RP)为3%时,制备的复合材料的LOI最高,达到了25.6%;与纯EVA相比,复合材料的热释放速率、质量损失、烟生成速率均显著降低,表现出良好的阻燃性能;在点火和未点火情况下,复合材料均表现出良好的抑烟性能。
Ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)/fly-ash(FA)/red phosphorus(RP)composites were prepared by EVA as resin matrix,FA as flame retardant composites and RP as synergist. The combustion and smoke generation of the composites were studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI)test, cone calorimeter test(CCT) and smoke density test(SDT) as well as the mechanism of flame retardant and smoke suppression. The results show that LOI value of the composites is the highest with the mass ratio of EVA, FA and RP is50∶47∶3, which reaches25.6%. The heat release rate, mass loss, smoke production rate of the composites are decreased significantly compared with those of pure EVA, which represent excellent flame retardant properties. The composites reflects good smoke suppression performance under the ignition and non-ignition conditions.
