摘要 对国内外知名的丙纶非织造布专用聚丙烯(PP)(牌号分别为3155E3,S2040,H39S-2,YS835,H30S,S960)的基础物性、加工稳定性、晶型结构等进行了研究。结合卫生用品用丙纶非织造布的应用特点,采用第5代新型催化剂和可控流变技术开发了高性能丙纶非织造布专用PP PPH-Y35X。通过双层纺黏和多层纺熔丙纶非织造布的生产应用,以及对各类非织造布的内在质量、形貌、疵点情况的进一步分析研究表明,PPH-Y35X的综合性能与国外同类产品3155E3接近,相对分子质量分布较窄,为3.55。 Researches are carried out on the basic physical properties, crystalline structure and process stability of well-known domestic and overseas polypropylene special resin for non-woven fabric, such as 3155E3, S2040, H39S-2, YS835, H30S, and S960. The special resin of high property propylene non-woven fabric, PPH-Y35X, is developed by adopting the fifth generation catalyst and controlled rheology technology based on the specialty of propylene now-woven fabric hygienic products. The product has been applied in downstream double layer spunbond and multi-layer spunmelt non-woven fabric lines, and is compared in terms of appearance analysis, flaw spot, physical and mechanical properties. It is concluded that the integrated properties of PPH-Y35X approach those of the well-known overseas brand,3155E3. The relative molecular mass distribution of the product reaches3.55.
