摘要
采用无机纳米粉体改性聚合物是目前新材料领域的研究热点,综述了聚合物基纳米A12O3复合材料的制备方法及其性能。聚合物基纳米A12O3复合材料的制备方法包括溶液共混法、溶胶-凝胶法、原位聚合法等。加入适量纳米A1_2O3后,复合材料的力学性能、热学性能、电学性能及光学性能等发生显著变化。力学性能显著增强,导热系数增大,综合介电性能优异;但纳米A12O3容易发生团聚,需对其合成工艺进一步改进,使纳米A12O3与聚合物更好地相容,便于大规模的工业化生产。
Inorganic nanometer dust modified polymer has become the hot spot of research on new materials. The polymer-based nanometer A12O3 composites is described in terms of its preparation and properties, which can be prepared by use of in-situ polymerization, sol-gel, and solution co-blending. The addition of A12O3 converts significantly the electronic, mechanical, optical and thermal properties of the composites. The mechanical property of the composites is improved as well as the heat conductivity and dielectric property; however, agglomeration occurs frequently in the preparation process of nanometer A12O3, which need to be modified to improve the compatibility between A12O3 and polymer for large scale industrial production.
