反向添加疗法联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂对中重度子宫内膜异位症保守性手术后的效果分析

Effect of reverse additive therapy of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist in the treatment of moderate or severe endometriosis patients after conservative surgery

目的探讨反向添加疗法联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂对中重度子宫内膜异位症保守性手术后的效果。方法选择我院2014年1-12月期间90例中重度子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例,研究组患者采用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂联合反向添加疗法进行治疗,对照组患者采用单一的促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗,比较分析经过治疗后的两组患者雌二醇（E2）、血钙、血磷、腰椎骨密度水平（L-BMD）以及病情改善情况。结果研究组与对照组的患者经过治疗后FSH和LH指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;研究组患者经过治疗后E2、血钙、血磷、L-BMD含量明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组的缓解率（93.33%）明显高于对照组的缓解率（77.78%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂联合反向添加疗法对中重度子宫内膜异位症保守性手术的患者具有显著的效果,能够显著的提升患者的E2、血钙、血磷、L-BMD水平和治疗缓解率,故值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of reverse additive therapy of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist in the treatment of moderate or severe endometriosis patients after conservative surgery. Methods 90 moderate or severe endometriosis patients who were in our hospital from January to December 2014 were randomly divided into research group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The research group received reverse additive therapy of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist, while the control group received routine therapy of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist. The estradiol（E2）, blood calcium, serium inorganic phosphorus, lumbar vertebra bone mineral densities（LBMD）, and patients＇ conditions of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the FSH and LH indexes of the two groups were no statistically different（P〉0.05）, the E2, blood calcium, serium inorganic phosphorus, and L-BMD of the research group were obviously higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the treatment remission rate of the research group（93.33%） was obviously higher than that of the control group（77.78%）, the different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The reverse additive therapy of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist is effective in the treatment of moderate or severe endometriosis patients after conservative surgery, which can significantly improve the patients＇ E2, blood calcium, serium inorganic phosphorus, L-BMD, and treatment remission rate. It is therefore worthy of clinical promotion.
