人工流产后关爱对流产患者避孕知识和行为的影响

目的探讨人工流产后关爱对流产患者避孕知识和行为的影响。方法选取本院2013年3月-2014年11月收治的190例早孕行人工流产的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有研究对象分为对照组和研究组,每组各95例,对照组患者流产后给予常规的人工流产后相关知识教育,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予人工流产后关爱,随访1年,观察并比较两组患者的避孕知识认知度、避孕掌握情况以及再流产率。结果 （1）术后1个月对照组患者避孕知识认知度的知晓率为37.9%、术后1年为47.4%,明显低于研究组的61.1%和96.8%,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）对照组患者术后1年的再次人工流产率为10.5%,明显高于研究组的2.1%;避孕知识掌握率为71.6%,明显低于研究组的97.9%,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对人工流产患者进行人工流产后关爱,可提高患者对避孕知识认知度的知晓率,降低再流产率,提高患者避孕知识掌握率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of post-abortion care on contraceptive knowledge and behavior of the abortion patients. Methods 190 cases of pregnancy abortion patients were selected as the research object in our hospital from March 2013 to November 2014, and they were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, 95 cases in each group. The control group patients were given regular post-abortion miscarriage knowledge education, and the research group patients were given post-abortion care on the basis of the control group. Follow-up 1 year, the awareness of contraception knowledge, contraception control and abortion rate again between the two groups were observed and compared. Results（1）After operation one month and postoperative 1 year, the awareness of contraception knowledge awareness in the control group was was 37.9% and 47.4%, which were significantly lower than the 61.1% and 96.8% of the research group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2）The again abortion rate of the control group was 10.5% postoperative 1 year, that was significantly higher than the 2.1% of the research group; The contraceptive knowledge rate of the control group was 71.6%, that was significantly less than 97.9% of the research group, with the statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Post-abortion care can improve the awareness of contraception knowledge awareness of the abortion patients, reduce the rate of recurrent abortion, improve the knowledge of contraception. It is worth popularizing and applying.
