循证药学在促进临床合理应用抗生素中的作用

目的为了促进临床中抗生素的合理应用,本文对循证药学在其中产生的作用进行了相应的研究。方法本研究选取的所有研究对象在治疗过程中均使用碳青霉烯类抗生素药物,以治疗时间作为分组依据,将180例患者分为两组,对照组使用常规方法进行治疗,而试验组患者根据循证药学进行治疗,对比两组患者疾病治疗效果、肝损害发生率以及病症复发率等情况。结果试验组患者疾病治疗效果显著优于对照组患者,试验组肝损害发生率以及病症复发率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于使用抗生素进行治疗的患者,通过循证药学知识制定治疗计划,能够提高抗生素合理应用的情况,保证治疗效果,减少疾病的复发。

Objective To promote the reasonable application of antibiotics in clinical, and to study the effect of evidence-based clinical pharmacy in which produce the corresponding. Methods All the research objects were selected in this study which used penicillium carbon alkene antibiotic drugs in the process of treatment, according to treat time, 180 patients were divided into two groups, the patients in control group were given conventional methods for treatment, and the patients in experimental group were given evidence-based medicine treatment.The disease treatment effect, the incidence and disease recurrence liver damage, and so on of two groups were compared. Results Compared with experimental group, the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group, the incidence rate of liver damage and disease recurrence rate were significantly lower than the control group, The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Make treatment plans by evidence-based medicine knowledge for patients treated with antibiotics, can improve the situation of rational use of antibiotics, ensure the treatment effect, reduce the recurrence of the disease.
