结缔组织生长因子的检测在脑胶质瘤患者中的应用意义

摘要 目的研究分析结缔组织生长因子在人脑胶质瘤肿瘤组织中的表达情况,进一步探讨其表达结果与肿瘤分级情况的关系。方法选取本院2013年10月-2015年10月间本院肿瘤科收治的脑胶质瘤患者93例作为本次研究的观察分析对象,作为研究组,同时将研究组按照脑胶质瘤等级划分标准分成四级,其中Ⅰ级21例、Ⅱ级32例、Ⅲ级26例和Ⅳ级14例,并同时选取正常脑组织30例作为对照,即为对照组。采用免疫荧光定时定量聚合酶链式反应法针对所选研究对象的脑组织中结缔组织生长因子进行检测,进一步分析结缔组织生长因子的表达与人脑胶质瘤级别的关系。并比较研究组治疗前后该因子的表达情况。结果研究组脑组织中结缔组织生长因子水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。不同肿瘤分级与结缔组织生长因子水平相关性分析结果显示,二者间具有一定相关性,且正向相关。即肿瘤分级患者的结缔组织生长因子水平随着肿瘤级别的升高结缔组织生长因子水平也随之升高,此外,研究组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论研究表明,结缔组织生长因子在人脑胶质瘤患者中表达情况与肿瘤分级有着密切的联系,且呈正向相关,因此,结缔组织生长因子可以作为人脑胶质瘤诊断的参考依据,同时还可作为肿瘤恶性程度高低的判断,对于临床预后判断也有一定的价值。 Objective To study and analyze the expression situation of connective tissue growth factor in the human brain glioma tumor tissue,and to further explore the relationship between the results of the expression and tumor classification. Methods 93 cases of patients with brain glioma were selected as the study group,which were cured in oncology department of our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015.Meanwhile,according to the classification criteria of brain glioma,the study group was divided into four levels with Ⅰ grade 21 cases,grade Ⅱ 32 cases,grade Ⅲ 26 cases and grade Ⅳ 14 cases. 30 cases of normal brain tissue were selected as control group.Immunofluorescence time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the connective tissue growth factor in the brain tissue of the selected objects. The relationship between the results of the expression and human tumor classification was further explored. The expressions of the factor of study group before and after treatment were compared. Results Connective tissue growth factor levels of brain tissue of study group were significantly higher than those of control group.There were statistical significant differences(P〈0.05). Results Of correlation analysis between different tumor grade and connective tissue growth factor,which showed a certain correlation between the two,and positively correlated.Connective tissue growth factor levels of patients with tumor grade were increased with the increase of tumor grade. Before and after treatment, the differences were significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The research showed that the expression situation of connective tissue growth factor in the human brain glioma patients was close related with tumor grading and it was positively correlated. So connective tissue growth factor could be used as a reference for the diagnosis of human glioma.At the same time,it could be used to judge the degree of malignancy.And there were some value in judging the clinical prognosis.
