摘要
从苦玄参的资源分布、生药学特征、药材的性状、种子生物学特性、鉴定的研究、化学成分的研究和含量测定方法等方面进行综述。苦玄参分布广泛,主要产于我国的南方地区,其资源丰富,化学成分多样,含有皂苷类、黄酮类和三萜类(四环三萜苷类)化合物;苦玄参在其含量测定方法有高效液相色谱法、双波长薄层扫描、气相色谱-质谱联用法等。苦玄参民间用药历史悠久,具有重要的临床应用价值和开发利用价值。
The resource distribution, pharmacognosy characteristics, traits herbs, seeds biological characteristics, identification research, chemical constituents and determination methods of Picria ：fe-terrae Lour. were reviewed. Picria ：fie-terrae Lour. was mainly produced in the southern region of our country, and it was widely distributed, resource-rich, with a variety of chemical constituents, such as saponins, flavonoids and triterpenoids （tetracyclie triterpenoid glycosides） compound. There are many determination methods of Picria fle-terrae Lour. , such as high performance liquid chromatography, thin-layer dual-wavelength scanning, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and so on. Picria fleterrae Lout. folk medicine has a long history, and it has important clinical value and development value applications.
