Research Progress on Coating Film Forming Mechanism and Its Influencing Factors

涂料成膜过程中的变化及合成物质等影响因素对涂料最终成膜起着重要影响,本文介绍了涂料成膜过程中发生的物理和化学变化,同时通过对乳液成膜过程中的推动力、单体种类,温度高低,p H值,乳化剂的选择等对成膜过程的影响进行了研究,探讨了其对涂料成膜过程,以及涂料成膜后的物理化学性能的影响。并对分析涂料成膜过程中所使用的技术及微观层面成膜过程中的影响因素进行了探讨。

The coating film occurred in the process of physical and chemical changes were introduced. At the same time,influence of monomer,temperature,p H value and emulsifier on the coating film process were discussed,and the influence on properties of paint film was studied. A brief explanation of the analysis in the process of film coating to the use of technology was studied.
