摘要
目的研究并探讨在肺结核的临床治疗中应用胸腺五肽治疗的临床效果。方法于2013年1月-2015年6月,选取100例肺结核患者作为此次研究的对象,采取计算机随机分组法将这100例患者分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组进行常规化疗,观察组在进行常规化疗的同时,采用胸腺五肽进行辅助治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的痰菌转阴率、空洞闭合率、病灶总吸收率以及肺通气功能指标。结果观察组的痰菌转阴率、空洞闭合率分别为86%、82%,均明显高于对照组的68%、64%(P〈0.05)。观察组的病灶总吸收率为96%,病灶显著吸收率为58%,均明显高于对照组的80%、36%(P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC%均明显更优(P〈0.05)。结论在肺结核患者的常规化疗过程中加用胸腺五肽进行辅助治疗,可以有效促进患者的肺部病灶吸收、痰菌转阴、空洞闭合,还能有效改善肺通气功能。
Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of t thymopentin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 100 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the research object from January 2013 to June 2015. By the computer random grouping method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by routine chemotherapy, and patients in the observation group were treated with conventional not only chemotherapy and also thymopentin as adjuvant treatment. After the treatment, the sputum bacteria turn rate of total absorption, cavity closure rate, lesions, the index of pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups were compared. Results The sputum bacterium turns shade rate, cavity closure rate of the observation group were 86% and 82%, which were significantly higher than those of control group with 68%, 64%(P〈0.05). The total absorption rate of the observation group was 96%, the focus of the lesions absorption rate was 58%, which were significantly higher than those of control group with 80%, 36%(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC% of the observation group were significantly better(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the standard chemotherapy of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis added with thymopentin adjuvant treatment. The method could effectively promote the patient's lung lesions absorption, phlegm bacterium turns shade, empty closed, and it also could effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation function.
