摘要
采用化学氧化聚合法在苯胺/过硫酸铵/HCl的水溶液体系中合成聚苯胺,并对其聚合条件([S2O2-8]/[An]比、HCl浓度变化等)进行了优化,以提高PAn的电导率和产率。通过四探针、傅立叶红外吸收光谱(FTIR)、XRD、CV等测试方法对聚苯胺电导率及掺杂前后结构的变化进行了分析。结果表明,当[S2O2-8]/[An]=1∶1、[HCl]=0.8 mol/L时电导率达到最大值2.13 S/cm,产率为94.37%。聚合物具有一定的结晶性,通过CV曲线可以分析出PAn具有掺杂/脱掺杂的电化学活性。
Polyaniline was prepared by chemical oxidative polymerization during an aqueous system of aniline /ammonium persulfate / HCl / H_2 O,and the synthesis condition was optimized( changes in [S_2O_2-8]/[An]ratio and HCl concentration) in order to improve the conductivity and yield of PAn. The conductivity and the structural change of polyaniline were analyzed by four- probe,FTIR,XRD,CV methods. Results showed that the conductivity reached a maximum of 2. 13 S / cm with [S_2O_2-8]/[An]= 1∶1,[HCl]= 0. 8 mol/L,and the yield was 94. 37%. The Polymer had a certain crystalline properties,and it could be confirmed that PAn had an electrochemical activity of doping / dedoping by CV curve.
