摘要
采用一步水热法制备了一系列石墨烯负载Bi_3O_4Br的复合光催化剂。利用XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-vis吸收光谱等手段对该复合光催化剂的晶型、形貌、光学性质等进行表征。通过考察G-Bi_3O_4Br复合光催化剂在降解活性艳红X-3B的光催化活性后发现,石墨烯的引入可以有效增强Bi_3O_4Br的光催化性能。这是因为石墨烯能够有效降低光生载流子的复合,提高Bi_3O_4Br对有机污染物的吸附能力,同时减小Bi_3O_4Br的禁带宽度。不仅如此,石墨烯的掺入量对光催化性能影响巨大,当石墨烯含量为10%时,光催化性能最佳。
A series of graphene- loaded Bi_3O_4 Br composite photocatalysts were prepared through a one- pot hydrothermal method. The crystal phase,morphology and optical property were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and UV- vis absorption spectra,respectively. From the results of degradation of reactive brilliant red X- 3B by G- Bi_3O_4 Br composite photocatalysts,it can be seen that the enhanced photocatalytic activity of Bi_3O_4 Br can be ascribed to the introduction of graphene. The graphenenanaosheets can effectively hinder the recombination of photo- induced carriers,improve the adsorption capacity and narrow the band- gap of Bi_3O_4 Br. In addition,the content of graphene can influence the phtocatalytic activity. When the content of graphene was 10%,the highest photocatalytic performance can be obtained.
