(NH_4)_2SO_4修饰的TiO_2光催化活性研究

摘要 在TiCl_4水溶液中加入(NH_4)_2SO_4,并利用高温水浴加速TiO_2粉体的沉淀,制备了热稳定性好的TiO_2光催化剂,其中,水浴温度为90℃,Ti与(NH_4)_2SO_4摩尔比为1∶2时,制备的TiO_2光催化剂其锐钛矿晶型的热稳定性有很大的提高。XRD、XPS和Raman结果均显示,当焙烧温度为700℃时,TiO_2的锐钛矿晶型才开始向金红石晶型转变。 ( NH_4)_2SO_4was added to TiCl_4 water solution,and the deposition of Ti O_2 powder was sped- up by high temperature water bath. Photocatalysts with better heat stability were prepared. Under the conditions of water bath temperature at 90 ℃,the mol- ratio of Ti to( NH_4)_2SO_4at 1∶2 and calcine temperature at 400 ℃,the heat stability of Ti O_2 anatase crystal was improved greatly after being modified with( NH_4)_2SO_4. The results of XPS,XRD and Raman showed that when the calcination temperature was up to 700 ℃,the crystal just began transitting to rutile.
