摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定食品添加剂磷酸中铬、铜、镍、铅、锰、镉、钛的方法。主要考察了分析线选择、仪器工作条件选择、校准曲线及检出限、精密度、加标回收率等指标。研究结果显示,该法精密度为0.32%~2.51%,加标回收率为95.8%~102.0%,测定结果与原子吸收光谱法测定结果基本一致,满足实验分析要求。
A method for the determination of chromium,copper,nickel,titanium,manganese,cadmium,lead in food additive phosphoric acid by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established. The main effects of line selection,analysis of working conditions of the instrument,the calibration curve and the detection limit,precision and recovery rate were studied. The research results showed that the precision was 0. 32% ~ 2. 51%,the recovery was 95. 8% ~ 102. 0%,and the determination results accorded with atomic absorption spectrometry results,meeting the experimental requirements analysis.
