摘要
通过HAZOP分析对内浮顶型甲醇储罐进行安全评估,能够辨识出甲醇储罐的潜在危险源,操作过程中可能存在的隐患,并提出相应的建议措施保障甲醇罐区的安全运行,同时HAZOP分析能够使得分析人员对此工艺流程产生更加清晰的认识,对甲醇罐区的日常维护和安全管理提供了良好的指导作用。但是HAZOP分析的成功与否严重依赖分析人员的经验和知识,需要引入风险评价矩阵以提高分析质量和效率。
The safety evaluation of the inner floating roof type methanol tank was carried out by HAZOP risk analysis. The results can recognize the potential hazards of methanol tank and the potential dangers in the process of operation,while the corresponding suggestion measures were put forward to ensure the safe operation of the methanol tank.In addition,HAZOP risk analysis can make participants to produce a clearer understanding of the process and provide a good guidance for the routine maintenance and the safety management of methanol tank. In addition,it was necessary to introduce the risk evaluation matrix to improve the quality and efficiency of the analysis,because the success of HAZOP risk analysis depended on heavily the experience and knowledge of the analyst.
