构建职业型本科教学实验室建设与管理新模式探讨

Discussion on Establishing New Laboratory Management Model in Professional Undergraduate Courses

职业型本科教学实验室为学生提供了技能及创新能力培养,提高综合素质的平台。在我校转型发展过程中,通过学习国家级实验教学示范中心—北京师范大学化学实验教学中心先进的管理模式,针对以往我系实验室存在的问题,项目组从思想认识、物资管理、人员培训、建设资金应用等多方面对实验室如何建设与管理等问题进行了分析与探讨,探索出与我校本科人才培养目标相适应的实验室科学建设与管理的新模式,为培养化工高素质应用型人才提供强有力的支撑。

Professional undergraduate laboratory provides the platform of skills and innovation ability training as well as improving the comprehensive quality of students. In the transformation development of our school and in view of the problems existing in the laboratory,the project group analyzed and discussed how to establish and manage the laboratory from understanding,material management,personnel training and the application of funds and other aspect. After that,the project group formulated new models for construction and management of the laboratory to adapt to the objective of high-quality applied talents training,which provided strong support for training chemical high- quality applied talents.
