泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化的疗效及其对血清IL-6和TGF-β1水平的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Prednisolone for Treatment of Oral Submucous Fibrosis and Its Effect on Serum IL-6 and TGF-β1 Levels

目的探讨泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化(OSF)的疗效及其对血清IL-6和TGF-β1水平的影响。方法选取80例OSF患者随机分为两组,39例对照组患者采用复方丹参注射液加利多卡因黏膜下注射治疗,41例观察组患者在对照组基础上加用泼尼松龙注射治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的血清TGF-β1及IL-6水平。结果治疗后,观察组的口腔黏膜病损面积显著小于对照组,张口度显著大于对照组(P<0.05),两组的疼痛VAS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的总有效率为92.7%,显著高于对照组的74.4%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清TGF-β1及IL-6水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泼尼松龙治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化的临床疗效显著,可明显降低患者的血清TGF-β1及IL-6水平。

Objective To explore the efficacy of prednisolone for the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis （OSF） and its effect on serum IL-6 and TGF-β1 levels. Methods Eighty cases of OSF patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 39 cases of control group received submucosal injection therapy with compound Danshen injection and lidocaine, while 41 cases of observation group received prednisolone injection on the basis of therapy of control group. The clinical effects, and serum TGF-β1 and IL-6 levels before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the oral mucosal lesion area of observation group was significantly less than that of control group, and the mouth opening degree was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）; No statistical difference was found between two groups in the VAS scores of pain （P 〉0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 92.7%, significantly higher than 74.4% of control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the serum TGF-β1 and IL-6 levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Prednisolone has significant clinical effect for patients with OSF, which can obviously reduce the serum TGF-β1 and IL-6 levels of patients.
