摘要
目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)等指标在儿童炎症性疾病早期诊断中的临床意义,为儿童炎症性疾病的临床早期诊治提供参考依据。方法选取2012年12月至2014年10月期间我院收治的儿童炎症性疾病患儿88例,根据病情程度分为轻度炎症组和重度炎症组各44例,同时选取同期来院体检的健康儿童44例为健康对照组,观察比较三组的hs-CRP、PCT、WBC指标水平以及指标阳性率。结果 1重度炎症组患儿的hs-CRP、PCT、WBC水平显著高于轻度炎症组和健康对照组,轻度炎症组患儿的hs-CRP、PCT、WBC水平显著高于健康对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2重度炎症组患儿的hs-CRP、PCT、WBC指标阳性率显著高于轻度炎症组和健康对照组,轻度炎症组患儿的hs-CRP、PCT、WBC指标阳性率显著高于健康对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床针对儿童炎症性疾病的早期诊断中,hs-CRP、PCT、WBC能够反映患儿炎症性疾病的严重程度,具有较高的临床诊断和应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), procalcitonin (PCT) and white blood cell count (WBC) in the early diagnosis of inflammatory diseases in children, so as to provide reference for early diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases in children. Methods A total of 88 cases of children with inflammatory diseases admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to October 2014 were selected and divided into the mild inflammation group (n = 44) and the severe inflammation group (n = 44) according to the severity of disease. 44 cases of healthy children in our hospital for physical examination at the same period were selected as healthy control group. The levels and positive rates ofhs-CRP, PCT and WI3C of three groups were observed and compared. Results (1)The levels of hs-CRP, PCT and WBC of severe inflammation group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups, and the levels ofhs-CRP, PCT and WBC of mild inflammation group were significantly higher than those of healthy control group (P〈0.05). (2)The positive rates of hs-CRP, PCT and WBC of severe inflammation group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups, and the positive rates ofhs-CRP, PCT and WBC of mild inflammation group were significantly higher than those of healthy control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions For early diagnosis and treatment of children with inflammatory diseases in clinic, hs-CRP, PCT and WBC can reflect the severity of inflammatory diseases, which has high clinical value for diamaosis.
