综合护理对初产妇分娩结局和护理满意度的影响

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Delivery Outcomes and Nursing Satisfaction of Primiparas

目的探讨综合护理在初产妇中的应用效果及对其护理满意度的影响。方法选择2013年6月到2015年10月我院收治的134例初产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组各67例。实验组实行综合护理干预,对照组给予常规妊娠期护理措施。比较两组的分娩结局及护理满意度。结果实验组的剖宫产率为26.87%,显著低于对照组的56.72%(P<0.01)。实验组的总并发症发生率为20.90%,显著低于对照组的52.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组的护理总满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的83.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预可显著改善初产妇的分娩结局,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the delivery outcomes and nursing satisfaction of primiparas. Methods A total of 134 cases of primiparas admired to our hospital from June 2013 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 67 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods during pregnancy, while the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The delivery outcome and satisfaction degree to nursing were compared between two groups. Results .The cesarean section rate of experimental group was 26.87%, significantly lower than 56.72% of control group （P〈0.01）. The total incidence of complications of experimental group was 20.90%, significantly lower than 52.24% of control group （P 〈0.01）. The total satisfaction degree to nursing of experimental group was 100.00%, significantly higher than 83.58% of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the delivery outcome ofprimiparas, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction degree to nursing.
