葡萄糖酸氯己定抗菌透明敷料用于PICC穿刺点感染的效果观察 被引量:9

Observation on the Effect of Chlorhexidine Gluconate Anti-Bacterial Transparent Dressings in Treatment of PICC Puncture Point Infection

摘要 目的探讨葡萄糖酸氯己定抗菌透明敷料在治疗PICC穿刺点感染的效果。方法选取我科PICC穿刺点感染患者41例,随机分为两组。观察组21例常规消毒后采用葡萄糖酸氯己定抗菌透明敷料外敷固定,每7天更换一次敷料。对照组20例常规消毒后用含2%葡萄糖酸氯己定液体的纱块覆盖穿刺点,再采用IV3000敷料外敷固定,每天更换一次敷料。比较两组的一周愈合数及两周愈合数。结果观察组一周内愈合20例,愈合率为95.2%,两周内愈合率为100.0%;对照组一周内愈合9例,愈合率为45.0%,两周内愈合15例,愈合率为75.0%。两组一周及两周愈合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穿刺点感染后应用葡萄糖酸氯己定抗菌透明敷料外敷可有效地促进感染伤口的好转,减少换药次数,减少护理工作量,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of chlorhexidine gluconate ami-bacterial transparent dressings in treatmem of PICC puncture point infection. Methods 41 patients with PICC puncture point infection in our department were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The infected points of 21 cases of observation group were treated and fixed with chlorhexidine gluconate anti-bacterial transparent dressings for external application after routine disinfection, and the dressings were changed once every seven days, while the infected points of 20 cases of control group were covered with gauze of 2% chlorhexidine gluconate liquid after routine disinfection, and then fixed with IV3000 dressings changed every day. The number of healed patients within two weeks was compared between two groups. Results There were 20 cases healed in the observation group within one week, and the healing rate was 95.2%; All cases were healed within two weeks, and the healing rate was 100.0%. There were 9 cases healed in the control group within one week, and the healing rate was 45.0%; 15 cases healed within two weeks, and the healing rate was 75.0%. The differences between two groups in the one-week healing rate and two-week healing rate were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions Chlorhexidine gluconate anti-bacterial transparent dressings can effectively improve the recovery of infected puncture points, reduce nursin~ workload and improve patients' aualitv of life.
