输尿管镜下应用气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的术后护理

Postoperative Nursing of Ureteroscopic Pneumatic Lithotripsy for the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi

目的观察术后预见性护理在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的应用效果。方法选择104例采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者,随机分为两组各52例,对照组术后实施常规外科护理,护理组在对照组护理基础上实施预见性护理,比较两组的术后并发症发生率。结果护理组术后并发症发生率为7.69%,显著低于对照组的38.46%(P<0.05)。结论对采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者实施预见性护理,可明显降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of postoperative predictive nursing of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 104 cases of patients with ureteral calculi undergoing ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy were randomly divided into two groups equally. After surgery, the control group was given routine surgical nursing, while the nursing group was given predictive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications of nursing group was 7.69%, significantly lower than 38.46% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with ureteral calculi undergoing ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy, postoperative predictive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
