康复治疗单元管理模式用于膝关节置换术患者的护理效果观察

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Rehabilitation Unit Management Mode Applied in Patients with Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨康复治疗单元应用于膝关节置换术患者康复治疗中的效果。方法选取我院膝关节专科100例择期行全膝关节置换术患者,随机分为两组各50例,对照组给予传统病房管理模式进行治疗护理,观察组则给予康复治疗单元管理模式进行治疗护理。结果观察组的住院满意度为94.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月、3个月的膝关节功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),术后1个月、3个月的VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗单元模式对于膝关节置换术患者康复治疗具有较好的效果,患者的住院满意度高、膝关节功能恢复较好、疼痛改善明显。

Objective To discuss the effect of rehabilitation unit applied in the rehabilitation of patients with knee arthroplasty. Methods One hundred patients with total knee arthroplasty （TKA） were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given treatment and nursing with routine ward management mode, while the observation group was given treatment and nursing with rehabilitation unit management mode. Results The hospitalized satisfaction degree of observation group was 94.0%, significantly higher than 70.0% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The knee fimction scores of 1 month and 3 months after surgery of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）, while the pain scores of 1 month and 3 months after surgery were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Rehabilitation unit has significant effect for the rehabilitation therapy of patients with TKA. Patients have higher hospitalized satisfaction degree, better recovery of knee function and obvious improvement of pain.
