三亚旅游国际化的经验与未来战略

摘要 三亚以"世界知名的国际性热带滨海旅游城市"为其发展定位。近年来,三亚旅游国际化成绩显著,其内涵是形象、产品、营销、服务、管理、环境等六大方面的国际化水平,其经验是在城市定位、规划目标、政策思路、产品设计、配套服务、文化融合与创意经济等方面的国际化意识。其未来发展战略应是继续开发国际化旅游产品,深入挖掘城市文化内涵,培养国际化旅游人才,打造国际化精品城市。 Sanya in Hailan Province takes "the World famous tropical seaside tourist city" as its development orientation.In recent years Sanya has achieved great establishments in tourism internationalization. Its connotation is the international level in image, product, marketing, service, management and environment. Its experience is the international awareness in city positioning, planning objectives, policy ideas, product design, supporting services, cultural integration and creative economy. Its future development strategy should be that it is to continue to develop international tourism products, deeply to excavate the connotation of urban culture, to cultivate international tourism talents and to create an international delicated city.
