旅游目的地在新型城镇化的推动下,纷纷提出景城一体化的战略。景城一体化的实现需要具备资源、空间、产业及景观四个条件;景城一体化的动力系统包括来自景区和城镇发展的内部动力以及来自新型城镇化与市场需求的外部动力,还有其他一些辅助动力;景城一体化在建设中需要六个方面的保障:坚持规划先行,发挥政策护航作用,努力进行管理创新,提高基础设施保障能力,维护旅游产业主导地位,保护生态环境安全性。

The tourist destinations are submitted the strategic policy of the scenic-urban accomplishment by the new urbanization. The four aspects such as natural resources, space, industries and scenic spots can be realized into the integration of the town and scenic spots. This integration means the inner motive of urbanization and the requirement of the market economy and their auxiliary motives. There exist six guarantees such as the first planning; the policy escorting, innovation of management, to raise the guarantee powers of infrastructure, keeping leading role in the tourist industry and protecting the ecologic environment.
