摘要
商用高温气冷堆核电站是中国未来可能发展的第四代核电站,其新燃料元件和运输容器有显著的特点。探索了将概率安全评价(PSA)方法引入放射性物品运输的辐射风险评价中,首先用故障树方法分析了高温气冷堆新燃料元件公路运输的潜在事故频率,经过事故情景分析、力学分析和临界分析,选择了货包辐射水平升高和临界两种潜在事故予以分析。结果表明,货包辐射水平升高的事故频率很低;临界事故的频率极低,在后续的风险评价中可忽略。
Commercialhigh temperature gas -cooled reactor(HTGR) is the fourth generation nuclear power plant (NPP)in developing in the future of China, and its new fuel element and transportation container are both with distinct characters. Probabilis- tic safety assessment(PSA) methodas explored to be introduced in radiation risk assessment of radioactive material transportation, and fault tree methodwas used to analyzepotential accident frequency of road transportation of new fuel element of HTR - PMfirstly. By accident scenario analysis, mechanical analysis and criticality analysis, both potential accidents of package radiation level hoist and criticality were chose for analysis. Since the results show that accident frequency of package radiation level hoist is low and accident frequency of criticality is extremely low, criticality accident can be neglected in the sequential risk assessment.
