Based on analyzing the production process and technical characteristics of the petroleum pipeline storage and trans-portation enterprises, the paper puts forwardthe clean production audit method of manufacturing industry andpoints out that the tertiary industry is not suitable for petroleum pipeline storage and transportation enterprises. According to the petroleum pipeline storage and transport enterprises production process with high energy consumption, potential risk, find the energy consumption, material balance and risk assessment is the foundation and key to the cleanproduction audit method.
